Everyone hates the hassle of shipping & returns and you are not alone. At TapArt, we hate this as well, that’s why we have been thinking about ways to simplify our policy and make it as painless as possible for you to buy our products online, ship to your place and return the product if it does not work for you. Standard shipping - Delivery in 5-8 days.

Expedited shipping - Delivery in 4-6 business days. (Rates depend on size. Contact us directly for rates)

International shipping - Delivery in 21-30 business days*

We run on a personalized on-demand retail model, which means we create the product specifically for you, once your order is placed. It typically takes us 2-3d business days to manufacture your order.

Once your order is shipped, we will email you the tracking number of your package.

*When it comes to international shipping, those packages are usually delivered within 1-3 weeks from the ship date through FedEx.


30-Day Returns. Money-back guarantee if you don't like the product.

If you simply do not like the order, email us at and we will issue you a full refund.

However, if you receive a damaged order, the wrong order, or there is an issue with the product itself, we will provide a reprint at no charge.

Please note that all complaints regarding product quality need to be reported within a month from the moment of purchase in order to be eligible for a reprint.

Shipping Issues?

Lost in Transit- About 1% of all orders are lost in transit (this is a global statistic!). If your order has spent more than 12 business days in transit (for Standard shipping) or exceeded the predicted shipping time for an expedited or overnight method, it’s probably lost in transit. At this point, email us, so we can reship the order for you. To claim that order was lost in transit, please contact our team and submit:

■ Order number ■ A short explanation of the issue ■ The confirmed shipping address

Refund Policy

If a customer is unsatisfied with their TapArt, they can return it within 30 days of its delivery date. When returning a TapArt, customers must follow all instructions in our Shipping & Returns page to ensure that their order is received and processed correctly. Refunds will be issued as soon as our offices have finished processing returned products. All refunds will be issued through PayPal or by check via mail.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order for any reason within 24 hours of ordering. Once you place an order, it is final and cannot be cancelled, refunded or returned. If you wish to return your product, it must be received in new condition and in its original packaging within 30 days of your purchase date. If we find that a product has been opened, used or damaged by a customer, returns will not be accepted by us at our discretion.
