When will my order ship?
Standard shipping - Delivery in 5-8 days.
Expedited shipping - Delivery in 4-6 business days. (Rates depend on size. Contact us directly for rates)
International shipping - Delivery in 21-30 business days*
We run on a personalized on-demand retail model, which means we create the product specifically for you, once your order is placed. It typically takes us 2-3 business days to manufacture your order.
Once your order is shipped, we will email you the tracking number of your package.
*When it comes to international shipping, those packages are usually delivered within 2-4 weeks from the ship date through FedEx.
What is the returns policy?
30-Day Returns. Money-back guarantee if you don't like the product.
If you simply do not like the order, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will issue you a full refund.
If you receive a damaged order, the wrong order, or there is an issue with the product itself, we will provide a reprint at no charge.
Please note that all complaints regarding product quality need to be reported within a month from the moment of purchase to be eligible for a reprint.
What if we face issues in shipping?
About 1% of all orders are lost in transit (this is a global statistic!). If your order has spent more than 12 business days in transit (for Standard shipping) or exceeded the predicted shipping time for an expedited or overnight method, it’s probably lost in transit. At this point, email us, so we can reship the order for you. To claim that order was lost in transit, please contact our team and submit:
■ Order number
■ A short explanation of the issue
■ The confirmed shipping address
What carrier do you use to ship orders?
Most U.S. orders are shipped via UPS and in some cases FedEx.
All international orders are shipped through FedEx.
What materials are used for your canvas and prints?

Inches or Centimeters?
All pieces are in inches. Calculations are as follows:
12 x 18 (Inches) = 30.48 x 45.72 (Centimeters)
18 x 24 (Inches) = 45.72 x 60.96 (Centimeters)
30 x 40 (Inches) = 76.2 x 101.6 (Centimeters)
40 x 60 (Inches) = 101.6 x 152.4 (Centimeters)
All of our canvases are quite durable and should resist most scratches, smudges, fingerprints, etc. You can dust canvases with a soft, dry cloth. If your canvas is damaged and needs deeper cleaning you may try a damp cloth.
Is it safe to pay online?
TapArt uses Shopify payments, which is a 100% secure way of payment, where your banking details are never disclosed to TapArt or any of our affiliates. Terms of Service (TOS) for Shopify Payments and related legal documents are available from Shopify Legal.
Which methods of payment do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, Diners Club, FB Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay.
Can I pay in Installments?
Yes! We have partnered with AfterPay to provide payment in installments to all our US-based customers.
